Shipping information

Do you offer international shipping?

No, currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is free. The processing time is 1-3 business days, and the delivery time is between 4 and 11 business days. In total, the process takes 5 to 14 business days.

Do I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. With this, you can check the status of your order through public tracking services or our own 'Track Order' page.

Orders and Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept common payment methods such as credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of confirmation. Please contact us immediately at info@verodie.co. After this period, you must have received the order and then return it according to our return policy if necessary.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of receipt of the order. The items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For more information, please refer to our return policy.

Who pays for the return shipping?

If the return is due to an error on Verodie's part, we will cover the shipping costs. In case of a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping costs.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 20 days for the refund to be credited to your account. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.

Do you accept exchanges?

No, we do not offer an exchange service. If you want a different item, please order the desired item separately and return the unwanted item.
