Cancellation time window

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after confirmation. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you can request a refund or return according to our Return Policy request.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Our customer service will review the cancellation and send you a confirmation if it is within the allowable time frame.

After the cancellation period expires

If the cancellation period has expired, we can no longer cancel the order as it may already be in processing or shipped. In such cases, we recommend returning the order upon receipt according to our Return Policy to return.
