Shipping Information
Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free. The processing time is 1-3 business days, and the delivery time ranges from 4 to 11 business days. Overall, the process takes 5 to 14 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your order via public tracking services or our own "Track Order" page.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept common payment methods such as credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours after confirmation. Please contact us immediately at info@verodie.co. After this period, you must receive the order and then, if necessary, return it according to our return policy.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the receipt of the order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. For more information, please see our return policy.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to an error by Verodie, we cover the shipping costs. For change of mind, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 20 days for the refund to be credited to your account. If this does not happen, please contact our customer service.
Do you accept exchanges?
No, we do not offer an exchange service. If you want a different item, please order the desired item separately and return the unwanted item.
