Shipping Information
Do you offer international shipping?
No, currently we only ship within the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, France, Ireland, and Spain.
What are the shipping costs and how long does delivery take?
Shipping is free. Processing time is 1-3 business days, and delivery time is between 4 and 11 business days. Overall, the process takes 5 to 14 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can use this to check the status of your order via public tracking services or our own "Track Order" page.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours after confirmation. Please contact us immediately at info@verodie.co. After this period, you must receive the order and then, if applicable, return it according to our return policy.

Who pays for the return shipping?
If the return is due to an error by Verodie, we cover the shipping costs. For change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
After the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 20 days for the refund to appear in your account. If this does not happen, please contact our customer service.
Do you accept exchanges?
No, we do not offer an exchange service. If you want a different item, please order the desired item separately and return the unwanted item.
