Right of withdrawal
At Verodie, we place great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 30 days. Please follow the guidelines below to understand the process. This policy applies to the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Ireland, and Spain.

If the refund has not been received after 20 business days, please contact our customer service.
A full refund can only be issued once the return has been approved and the items have been sent back to our warehouse according to the instructions. After we confirm receipt of the returned order, it will be inspected to ensure all criteria for a full refund are met. Only after this process is completed will a full refund be issued.

Exchange policy
We do not offer an exchange service. If you want a different item, we recommend ordering the new item separately and returning the unwanted item according to our return policy.

For deliveries with damaged products, we offer exclusively a replacement delivery. A full refund for only damaged products is excluded.
