Right of withdrawal
At Verodie, we place great value on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 30 days. Please note the following guidelines to understand the process. This policy applies to the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Ireland, Spain, and Poland.

If the refund has not been received after 20 business days, please contact our customer service.
A full refund can only be issued once the return has been approved and the items have been sent back to our warehouse according to the instructions. After we confirm receipt of the returned order, it will be inspected to ensure all criteria for a full refund are met. Only after this process is complete will a full refund be issued.

Exchange policy
We do not offer an exchange service. If you want a different item, we recommend ordering the new item separately and returning the unwanted item according to our return policy.

For deliveries with damaged products, we offer only a replacement delivery. A full refund for damaged products only is excluded.
